First held in 2011, the Regional MARSEC Practitioner Programme (RMPP) will see renowned academia, subject matter experts and maritime practitioners exchanging views, perspectives, experiences and best practices to enhance maritime security. It also offers a unique opportunity for all MARSEC practitioners and shipping stakeholders to forge friendships and engender trust while developing professional knowledge.
It is a pleasure to welcome you once more to RSS Singapura Changi Naval base! We look forward to welcoming over 100 attendees, representing over 75 nations and more than 30 shipping companies.

For physical participation, registrations will be based on a first come first serve basis, so please register at the earliest time to secure a seat.
The 45th SAM will feature speakers providing MARSEC updates from various regions of the world, discussing international efforts to enhance MARSEC in the Red Sea region, and exploring MARSEC in the digital age. Stay tuned, as we provide more information in the coming weeks!

The IFC and S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) will be co-hosting the 2nd IFC MARSEC Webinar on 15th and 16th November 1630H - 1800H, that aims to provide the platform for Operational Commanders and other key MARSEC stakeholders to be updated on latest MARSEC development, exchange perspectives, and strengthen collaboration.
For the event, invited speakers comprising academics and senior military officers will share interesting insights and exchanged professional views on contemporary MARSEC issues.
The MARSEC Webinar will cover a series of presentations and panel discussions, which will be facilitated by distinguished subject-matter experts, including those from RSIS.

The IFC will conduct the 10th Regional MARSEC Practitioner Programme (RMPP) from 5 to 9 Sep 22, to enhance MARSEC awareness, forge friendships and trust while building professional knowledge and skills.
10th RMPP participants can look forward to building professional MARSEC knowledge and skills through presentations, lectures and network opportunities!
IFC has invited distinguished academia and subject-matter experts such as Prof Geoffrey Till to speak on the importance and challenges of MARSEC; Prof Robert Beckman on UNCLOS and Dr Asyura Salleh on Drug Trafficking & Irregular Human Migration.
Prof Christian Bueger will also provide insights on theft, robbery and piracy at sea; Mr Joe Chan share insights on maritime cyber crimes; Dr Vu Hai Dang speak on IUUF; and Dr Jolene Jerard on maritime terrorism.
Participants will also enjoy experiential learning through visiting the Police Coast Guard HQ and Singapore Maritime Gallery.
