LT JG Muhammad Khairul Hazwan is a Naval Officer within the Royal Brunei Navy, having served as both Communication Officer and Executive Officer, and accumulated substantial operational expertise through service on frontline vessels including the Patrol Vessel 80, Fast Patrol Vessels, and Fast Interceptor Boat. He has also been involved in international deployments, such as IMDEX 2025 and AUMX 2026. 

LT JG Hazwan is appointed as the Royal Brunei Navy ILO with IFC with effect from 13 Apr 26.
