LT Dinh Van Quyen is an officer in the Vietnam People’s Navy, with a degree in International Relations from the Military Science Academy. Upon graduation, he served as Deputy Military Station Chief, where he gained valuable leadership and operational experience. Currently he
work as a Research Assistant. Achieving an IELTS band score of 7.5 in July 2024 has strengthened his ability to engage in international collaboration and gain insights from the expertise of IFC members.
