LCDR Zhang Juhu was born in November 1989 and joined the Chinese PLA Navy in 2009. He has successively served as Logistic and later HR Officer of a Submarine Base, Staff officer of Executive Office in South Sea Fleet. He became a staff officer of the Foreign Affair Bureau of PLA Navy since 2018. He has conducted many military missions, such as Anti-Piracy Mission in GoA, ADMM Plus Maritime Security Exercise, Exercise Blue Sword, Exercise MOSI, MMCA, etc.  
 
He graduated from Dalian Naval Academy with bachelor’s degrees in science and laws in 2013. He has also been trained at the Marine Academy. 
 
He is married and has a daughter.
