LCDR Ye Win Htun has been serving in the Myanmar Navy since 2007. He was born in 1987 and currently happily married with one daughter, with another daughter expected to arrive soon. 

He joined the Defense Service Academy in 2005 and graduated in 2007. In 2011, He graduated Master of Science degree (Physics). Throughout his tenure in the Navy, LCDR Ye have served onboard frigates, fast-attack crafts, landing crafts, and fast patrol gun boats. In 2016, I completed a course in Naval Hydrographic Surveying, followed by a Commanding Officer course in 2020. 

Currently, LCDR Ye is assigned to the Myanmar Naval Hydrographic Centre as well as serving as an International Liaison Officer in the Information Fusion Centre, Singapore.
