LCDR NGWE was born on 10 Aug 1985 in Sagaing. He obtained a degree from the Defences Services Academy (DS). He was commissioned in the Myanmar Navy on 16 Dec 2005. He also attended the long gunnery Course in 2009 and was appointed Supply Officer, Gunnery Officer, Executive Officer and subsequently Commanding Officer in No(36) Flotilla, No(16) Flotilla, No(1) Fleet and No(28) Naval Base. He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander in 2019. His special interest is in Surface Warfare. He is currently single.
