Joining the Royal Australian Navy in 2007, Lieutenant Commander Booth brings over 15 years of maritime intelligence and security experience to the IFC. He has served on board ships deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and has worked intelligence and operational planning roles with Australia’s Headquarters Joint Operations, Fleet Command and Defence School of Intelligence. LCDR Booth holds a Bachelors of Science (Australian Defence Force Academy) and a Masters of Cyber Security, Strategy and Diplomacy (University of New South Wales), and joins the IFC after completing Singapore’s Goh Keng Swee Command & Staff Course, at SAFTI MI, where he was honoured with the callsign ‘Crow’.
