LCDR John Macdonald joined the United State with over a decade of experience in maritime security and international cooperation in multiple overseas assignments. LCDR Macdonald concurrently holds the position of Assistant Naval Attaché at the United States Embassy in Singapore. LCDR Macdonald obtained a BA in History from Wesleyan University and an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Chicago.
