CDR Stephan Litzler has a more than 15 years' experience in naval operations, mainly focused on anti-submarine warfare, as well as countering illicit activities at sea in different maritime area. He shifted 6 years ago to the French international engagement domain and acquired a detailed knowledge of the Indo-Pacific area. He is married to Audrey and has two grown children from a former union.

Currently CDR Stephan is double hatting as France and EU ILO for 6 months starting 1 Sep 2022.
