Commander Daniel Randall has had over 21 years of experience as an officer in the navy and is a graduate of Western Governors University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Security in 2015. He has also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Western Washington University in 2000. CDR Randall has also completed Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I at the Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. CDR Randall tours at sea were as a surface warfare officer. He has held many key appointments throughout staff and shore tours. Recently, CDR Randall became an Executive Officer of Naval Cooperation and Guidance for Shipping Kitsap in February of 2022. In October 2022, he reported to the Information Fusion Centre on Changi Naval Base, Singapore for a one-year assignment as the United States Navy International Liaison Officer. CDR Randall’s decorations include the Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal, and Coast Guard Achievement Medal with Operational Distinguishing device, and various unit and campaign awards.
